An old frenchman approaches the Spooks. He needs help for his daughter Genevieve who ran off to Vancouver to become a singer. She fired her manager and signed on with the Cavendishes, a husband-wife team who own their own record label. Jean Carave can provide the name of the club she sings at: The Caper.
She sings fro the Cavendishes, an entertainment producer husband and wife team who rule their corporate empire from the top floor from of their tower downtown. Their bodyguards are somnambulists with inhuman strength and speed, but not toughness. Security on the building includes a ward to track magical creatures in the premises.
